Affiliate program
You bring someone in, they take the course, and you get a share of every payment they make. Below: how it works, what the program does not do, and how to join.
How it works
Six steps, none of them hidden.
- The owner creates your affiliate code and gives you a link that looks like bankwright.com/r/your-code. A person issues the code, not a form — see “How to join”.
- Someone follows the link. A mark carrying your code stays in their browser for 30 days. There is nothing personal in the mark — only the code.
- If they create an account while the mark is alive, they are attached to you. One attachment per person, and it stops moving after their first payment.
- Every payment they make within 365 days of the attachment earns you 30%.
- The commission waits 14 days: that is the hold period, in case of a refund. Refund the payment and the commission is canceled.
- After the hold, the amount joins the next payout. What has been earned, and in what state, is visible in your dashboard.
The numbers
- 30% — your share of every payment made by someone you brought in.
- 365 days — how long payments from an attached person keep earning commission.
- 14 days — the hold period a commission waits before payout.
- 30 days — how long the mark lives in the browser after the link is followed.
The owner sets the terms, and yours may differ — whatever was agreed with you. Your own terms are shown in the dashboard.
What the program does not do
- It does not pay for clicks or impressions. A payment by someone you brought in is the only thing that earns commission.
- It does not pay for self-referral: an account created through your own link is not attached to you.
- It does not change the rate retroactively. The rate is written into the commission at the moment it is earned; a higher rate later does not touch the past.
- It does not keep commission on a refunded payment. A refund or a chargeback cancels the commission, including one already paid out — it is deducted from the next payout.
- It does not send mail on your behalf and gives you no ready-made banners. There is a link, the terms, and a dashboard with honest numbers.
Who this is for
Two people who already recommend the course — and who, until now, were offered nothing for it.
A university lecturer
You give the course to a group — in a seminar, in a reading list, as an assignment. Every student who buys access through your link earns you 30% of each of their payments for 365 days. A group of thirty is thirty attachments from one link in one seminar email.
The course is free up to the paid part: a student without money loses nothing, and you are not selling them something they cannot try first.
A channel or newsletter author
Walking through one level works better than an ad slot: the reader sees what they will learn before they pay. Every payment that comes from you is 30% to you, and it keeps going for 365 days, not once.
The link can point at any page of the course — whichever one is closest to your audience.
How to join
A person issues the code, not a form: a code, a link and a promise to pay are not handed out automatically. Leave your email — we will get in touch, agree the terms and create the code.
Not ready today?
Leave your email and the author will write to you in person. There is no mailing list: one letter, to the point.
The letter is written by the author of the course, not a robot. To unsubscribe, just reply to it.
An application promises nothing and commits you to nothing: it is the start of a conversation, not a signed contract.
