What is being sold

Access to the Bankwright Academy — a learning game about how money, banks and payments actually work — and a subscription to the mentor, who answers from the course material. This is a digital product: nothing arrives by post and nothing needs installing.

What is included

• Free, with nothing to pay: the first 3 chapters, the glossary and the course outline. An account keeps your progress from being lost; it is not a permit to play.
• Academy, a one-time purchase: every chapter for good, progress kept in your account, course updates at no extra cost.
• Mentor, monthly: a conversation with the helper inside a level and outside it. The subscription renews itself; to cancel it, write to support, and after cancellation it runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Two more things apply to your purchase, and both outrank these terms: Paddle's own rules as merchant of record, and the consumer protection of your country. Nothing written here overrides them.

What we promise and what we do not

We promise: the course works, a level you started finishes even if the connection drops, progress does not burn, and money comes back under the refund rules.

We do not promise that the course will make you a banker. It is a learning game, not a license, not a degree and not financial advice: decisions about your money stay yours.

Who the merchant of record is

Payment is taken by Paddle, the merchant of record. Paddle sells in its own name, calculates and pays the tax of the country you live in, and issues the receipt. We receive the transfer from Paddle and open your access.

If the terms change

Changed terms appear on this page. A purchase is judged by the terms it was made under — a new version does not reach backwards.
