How many days

You can get your money back within 14 days of the purchase, and for a subscription, of the last renewal.

No reason required

You do not have to give a reason. “It was not for me” is answer enough, and we will not argue with it.

Who returns the money

Paddle returns it, as merchant of record, by the same method you paid with. It usually takes a few business days: that is the transfer, not us thinking it over.

How to ask

• Through the link in the receipt email from Paddle: it has a Request refund button.
• At paddle.net — by order number or by the email you paid with.
• By writing to us. We pass the request to Paddle ourselves and tell you when it goes through. the owner fills this in

What happens to your access

After a refund the paid access closes, while the free chapters and your progress stay. The account is not deleted: you can come back and buy again any day.

Who the merchant of record is

Payment is taken by Paddle, the merchant of record. Paddle sells in its own name, calculates and pays the tax of the country you live in, and issues the receipt. We receive the transfer from Paddle and open your access.
