What we keep

• Your email and name — if you created an account. You can play without one: an account is what keeps your progress from disappearing when you change devices.
• The email you left in the contact form on a landing page or on the partners page — together with the address of that page, the partner code, and irreversible hashes of your address and browser. Filling the form in is optional: the game does not depend on it.
• Progress: which levels you passed, which entries you posted, how long it took.
• Conversations with the mentor — so it remembers what you asked about.
• Sign-in records. Address and browser only as an irreversible hash: they exist in plain form neither in the database nor in the log.
• About payments, only what Paddle told us: plan, amount, date. We never see or store card numbers.

Why

So your progress survives a change of device, so the mentor answers at your level, so we can tell your sign-in from someone guessing your password, and so we can see where the course is unclear.

We build no advertising profiles, sell no data, and pass it to no one except those named below.

Who it goes to

• Cloudflare — hosting and the database: without it there is no site.
• Paddle — payment: it receives what a receipt requires.
• The language model operator — and only if you gave your consent.

No one else.

Consent to send data to the language model operator

The mentor answers through a model that does not live with us. What leaves is exactly what an answer needs: your question and pieces of the course.

Consent is asked separately. Today there is one way to withdraw it — delete your account under My data; a separate switch does not exist yet. Without consent the mentor works from the built-in hints, and not one line of yours goes anywhere.

How to erase everything

Your profile has a section called My data. The delete button takes the account, the progress and the conversations whole, and it cascades.

One record stays — of the deletion itself, without your email and without your name. It exists so a deleted account cannot be recreated by someone else's hand.

Who the merchant of record is

Payment is taken by Paddle, the merchant of record. Paddle sells in its own name, calculates and pays the tax of the country you live in, and issues the receipt. We receive the transfer from Paddle and open your access.
